Shipping Policy:

1. Free Shipping:
• We offer free shipping on all orders above Rs. 899.
• Fee of Rs. 100 is applicable on orders below Rs 899
2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
• For COD orders, an additional fee of Rs. 80 is applicable.
3. Order Processing:
• Our team of best professionals ensures that your orders are managed efficiently.
• Orders will be dispatched within 2 business days of placing the order.
• Orders will be delivered within 2-6 working days. 

Returns and Exchange Policy:

1. No-Questions-Asked Return and Exchange:
• If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free exchange and return policy.
• Refunds will be processed in 2-3 business days for items you don't like.
2. 7-Day Exchange and Return Policy:
• You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or return.
3. Eligibility for Return:
• To be eligible for a return, the item should be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
• You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
• Unfortunately, Please note that certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, such as socks, for sanitary reasons.

5. Sale Items:
•  We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds:

1. Refund Process:
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status.
• If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
2. Returns Handling Charges:
• A nominal fee of Rs. 100 will be deducted as returns handling charges.
• This fee is charged to us by the logistic partners.
3. Processing Time:
• Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation:

1. Cancellation Window: Orders can be canceled within 2 days of placing the order.

2. Shipping Schedule: We typically ship orders within 2 working days. Therefore, cancellations can only be made before the order is dispatched.

3. Cancellation Process: To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team at support@gmail.com or fill this form within the specified cancellation window.

4. Refund Process: If the cancellation is approved and within the stipulated time frame, a refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 7 working days. A return shipping fee of Rs 100 will be deducted from the refund amount after 2 days. This fee covers the cost incurred by the courier company.
